Trinity's History and Future
Beginning in August 2005, Trinity opened its doors through the dedication of the founders whose generous financial support brought the children complete learning environments where they could thoroughly explore the world around them. What began with 27 students ranging from 3 to 12 has grown to 75 students over the past three years. This explosive growth is a result of our dedication to excellence in everything Montessori.
Our Day
Our day begins between 8:15 and 8:30 with children entering the classroom to begin their morning work. They have uninterrupted work time until 11:30.At 11:30, the children go to recess followed by lunch at Noon. Those children who are half-day are brought to their cars at Noon.
Afternoons consist of naps for the younger children and more work time, lesson time, and Atrium, art, art history, language, or PE.

A Graduate's Story
Hunter McKenzie is 12 years old and has just left Trinity Montessori for a traditional school. Hunter began in Montessori at 18 months. He has entered as a 7th grader in the accelerated program - having skipped a grade. His first week at his new school brought 4 tests in 4 classes. His teachers said that they would not grade the tests, but Hunter's mom, Kelly, resolutely said, "No. Let's go ahead, and see how he is doing. Hunter scored 100% on all his tests. He has answered the perennial question of the Montessori child and the world. Hunter is navigating new social and educational expectations well.
