The TMS PTO was created to support the school in its mission, enhance a strong relationship between parents and teachers, and provide enrichment through education, communication, social activities, and fundraising.
The PTO Executive Committee is made up of parents who volunteer to serve a one-year term. Meetings are held once per month to plan and evaluate the many school functions held throughout the year. The PTO works with the school Administration in coordinating committees to assist in school events such as fundraising efforts, family social events, and parent/teacher interaction.
The PTO welcomes all parents to attend its meetings. A copy of the monthly Executive Committee meeting minutes will be placed in the PTO Binder, which is kept in the TMS office, for record and viewing following each meeting. The PTO will also hold a general feedback / questions and answers session each semester which will be open to all parents who wish to attend.
We encourage all parents to participate in and volunteer for the PTO throughout the upcoming school year. There will be many different opportunities to help, both big and small, all of which will make a positive impact! Your time and contributions enrich and support the school life, our teachers, and our children. If you are interested in helping or have any questions or concerns, please contact a PTO officer.
